"Probably picked the worst time to try it"
I tried using it on my phone when I was already in a rush, so maybe the timing was just bad, but I got lost quickly and couldn’t really figure out where to go

It actually came faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I was kind of thinking it might take a while, you know how shipping can be, but nope, it showed up quick.

"The box showed up completely smashed..."
The box showed up completely smashed and torn, which was really frustrating. I know shipping can be rough sometimes, but this was way worse than I expected and it definitely left a bad impression. Not happy with how it arrived at all...

"Order Was Correct, But Late"
Everything in my order was correct, which I do appreciate. That said, it arrived a bit later than expected, so that was a little frustrating. Overall, fine experience, just wish the delivery had been on time.

"Fair price, but don’t expect everything to be perfect"
I ordered a couple of things the price felt fair for what I received. Just a heads-up though, delivery did take longer than I expected, so don’t order if you’re in a rush. The items weren’t perfect, but for the money, I’d say the value was decent overall. I’d probably buy again if I needed more, but I’d definitely plan ahead next time.

I had to send one item back because the size was off, which happens, I probably should’ve double-checked the measurements first. The return process itself was straightforward, no real confusion there. The only annoying part was waiting a few extra days for the refund to show up. I kept checking my account like, okay, is it there yet? Support did get back to me when I asked, though, so that helped. Not perfect, but overall it was fine

"Tracking stressed me out a bit"
My order showed up totally fine, so no big issue there. The tracking was just a little frustrating though — updates felt slow and kind of confusing, and I kept checking it in a mildly annoyed mood before anything changed. Not a terrible experience, but I wish the tracking was clearer.

"I was really hoping this would be nicer..."
I was really hoping this would be nicer, especially for the price, but I felt disappointed when it arrived. The terracotta felt kind of cheap, and I noticed a few small chips around the edges right away, which made me wonder if I got a bad one or if that’s just the quality. After only a few days, it already started looking worn, so I don’t feel very reassured about it holding up over time. I expected something a bit more solid and well-made for what I paid

The site looked fine at first, but I couldn’t find enough solid info to feel comfortable ordering. The reviews and product details felt thin, so I ended up backing out. Maybe I just checked it too early or at a bad time, but I’m not sure I’d trust it yet.
